Have I got room for a Hot Tub?
It depends where you want to put it. You need a flat piece of ground approximately 2m by 2m, and access to the site at least 1m wide.
What do I need to do?
We will need access to both power and water supplies within 5m of your chosen location.
How many people does it seat?
Our Hot Tubs are designed to seat four adults.
How do I keep the water clean?
Our Hot Tubs use an in-built filter system to remove small particles from the water. Rental includes all the chemicals you need to remove bacteria, which we will show you how to use on delivery.
Can I collect it myself and save on delivery?
No. The Hot Tub must be assembled by our trained staff. For insurance reasons the Tub must be checked prior to use and collection.
Can I extend my hire?
Yes, extended hire is subject to availability and longer hire periods will obviously cost you more.
Do I need to be present when the Hot Tub is installed?
Yes. Again, for insurance reasons you will have to agree and sign for the good condition of the tub, and receive instruction in it's safe operation. You will also need to be there when it is collected, to agree it's condition before it is removed.
